Meal Plan

Oooops! Forgot to post my meal plan yesterday :/ Oh well, here it is now.  I hope you all had a great weekend and have had a good beginning to the week.

Monday: Carrot, Ginger and Coconut Soup

Tuesday: Pork Burgers

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Roast Chicken and Veg

Friday: Chicken and Gravy Rolls

Saturday: Chicken Kiev, Chips and Salad

Sunday: My Sister's birthday so we had left over party food from lunch time

Baking: Birthday Cake!

    Great meal plan....planning meals ahead of time is a weakness for me. Oh I have a very loose one, but I should get serious about it.
